A leading trading company is seeking a Customer Care Executive with at least one year of experience in the same field. Key responsibilities include opening trading accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, and marketing account-opening services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual customer support (Arabic/English) via phone, email, and chat.
Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English.
Manage customer interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
Prepare customer service reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
2+ years in customer service, preferably in trading, forex, or a related sector.
Fluency in Arabic and English with proven translation skills.
CRM experience is mandatory.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of trading and forex terminologies is a plus.
Documents Required:
Valid Work Permit/Idn Amal Copy (Ahli Visa).
Authorized Signatory Document.
