Dell laptop very good for project and brawsing and photoshop editing

Dell laptop, Intel Cor i7, 8th Generation, Ram 32, 512 ssd, win 11, i use it for 1 years and 5 months, coming with hp bag and the charging

Issue:

1) USB input its 3 but 1 of them not working

Only 2 it's working

2) the mouse in the keyboard on the bottom the blue its fall down
