Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and assist with service inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
Provide information about our laundry services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update order details.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
Basic computer skills to manage customer records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
