Key Responsibilities:

Chocolate & Pastry Production:

Prepare high-quality chocolates, cakes, and desserts following established recipes and standards.

Innovate and develop new chocolate and cake recipes to enhance the menu.

Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all products.

Ingredient Management:

Source, inspect, and manage ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
