Assistant Delivery Supervisor
A leading delivery company contracted with Talabat and Keeta is looking for an experienced Assistant Delivery Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Supervisor in the delivery or logistics field.
Strong ability to manage drivers and handle operational issues efficiently.
Experience in driver recruitment and onboarding processes.
Knowledge of rider deployment and supply operations for Talabat.
Ability to coordinate and follow up on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Transferable visa required.
Responsibilities:
Supervising daily driver operations and ensuring service quality.
Monitoring driver performance and attendance.
Resolving operational challenges and escalating issues when necessary.
Coordinating driver hiring, onboarding, and documentation.
Following up on vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs.
Preparing operational reports and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the Operations Supervisor in achieving company targets and KPI
