Auto Wrap Kuwait is seeking an experienced and highly skilled PPF Technician to join our workshop team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Proven experience using computer-cut / plotter-cut PPF systems and software
• High attention to detail with strong focus on fit, finish, and overall quality
• Ability to deliver high-quality installations within required production timelines
• Experience working on premium and luxury vehicles preferred
• Strong understanding of vehicle preparation, surface inspection, and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Commitment to maintaining workshop standards, cleanliness, and vehicle care
Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality PPF installations in accordance with company standards and manufacturer procedures
• Operate computer-cut systems and ensure accurate pattern selection and application
• Inspect vehicles before, during, and after installation to maintain quality standards and minimise rework
• Ensure vehicles are properly prepared and protected throughout the installation process
• Maintain productivity targets while delivering consistent workmanship and attention to detail
• Identify and escalate installation risks or quality concerns proactively
• Support workshop efficiency, delivery commitments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a professional approach to teamwork, communication, and customer vehicle care
