موظف دعم فني (IT Support)
المهام الوظيفية:
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين وحل مشاكل الأجهزة والبرمجيات
- صيانة أجهزة الحاسوب والشبكات
- تثبيت وتحديث البرامج والأنظمة
- متابعة الأعطال التقنية والتعامل معها بسرعة وكفاءة
- إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية
المتطلبات:
- شهادة في تقنية المعلومات أو تخصص مشابه
- خبرة لا تقل عن (سنة / سنتين) في مجال الدعم الفني
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التشغيل (Windows) والشبكات
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق
- القدرة على حل المشاكل بسرعة

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve hardware/software issues
- Maintain computers, systems, and networks
- Install and update software and operating systems
- Troubleshoot technical problems efficiently
- Prepare periodic technical reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Minimum (1–2 years) of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and networking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving ability
